How billing works
How does the 14-day free trial work?
Start a workspace and run assessments free for 14 days. You add a card up front, but you are not charged until the trial ends — cancel any time before then and you pay nothing. Signing up uses your existing Microsoft work account, so your organization's MFA and Conditional Access policies apply as they are.
How is my plan decided?
You pick the tier that fits your client count — a commitment, not a bill that swings month to month. Cairnpoint keeps your active client registry inside the tier you choose, so the price you see is the price you pay.
What happens when I add clients or need to move tiers?
Upgrades apply immediately and are prorated for the rest of your term. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal, so a commitment never ratchets down mid-term. On Established, clients 51–60 are included and only clients above 60 add the per-client rate.
What does annual billing save me?
Annual billing is a flat 15% off every tier versus paying monthly, billed once per year.
Is my data pooled with other MSPs?
No. Every MSP is its own tenant, signed in with its own Microsoft Entra tenant — your prospects, assessments, and reports are scoped to you. Third West Labs holds no standing access to your data; support access exists only when you mint a short-lived, audited code from your own console.
